Anthony Luddeni began his career in the building industry, holding various positions including concierge, handyman, and superintendent while attending St. Francis College to obtain his BA in Business Management. After graduating, he pursued a career in retail management and quickly advanced to a district manager role, but his passion remained in the building services industry. In 2015, Anthony joined KS Services as a District Manager overseeing the High-End Hospitality Division, applying best practices from big-box retail to drive quality assurance and customer service excellence. His leadership and results-driven approach led to his promotion as Senior District Manager of NYC, where he continued to grow KS Services’ presence among high-end residential and commercial clients. In 2025, Anthony was appointed President of Operations in New York, where he now oversees all regional operations, driving innovation, efficiency, and exceptional service across KS Services’ growing portfolio.
